Join SCAD SERVE and America‘s Second Harvest of Coastal GA for a Halloween art with the kids event equal parts spooky and sweet! This month’s installment of Kids Café is Halloween themed- we’ll be working with the kids to create DIY costumes out of t-shirts, and then rocking out with one of our awesome SCAD DJs in a monster mash party!

Transportation: Drive your own vehicle or take the SCAD bus to Arnold Hall. It is 0.2 miles from Arnold or a 6 minute walk.
Attire: Please wear a SCAD SERVE shirt, e-mail Asst. Director, Maggie at msorel@scad.edu to pickup at Bradley Hall prior to the event.
What is the Kids Café?
Kids Café is an after-school program for children who are at risk for hunger. It started in 1989 when two young boys were found in a community center looking for something to eat. The program ensures that children have a safe, nurturing place to go during the critical hours after school when parents are often working. In addition to receiving a meal, children participate in tutoring and enrichment programs. All volunteers must fill out the attached waiver to participate. This event in indoors with seating, bathrooms, and drinking fountains available.
