SCAD students spreading joy to the Savannah and Atlanta communities!
In honor of Mother's Day, SCAD SERVE volunteers will spread joy and positivity by handing out custom everlasting handmade flowers to mother figures attending the Neighborhood Jazz Series in Southside Park, 3460 Jonesboro Rd. SE, Atlanta, GA 30354 from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
While this is a Mother’s Day initiative, SCAD honors all domestic situations. We extend an inclusive message celebrating all mother figures, acknowledging that motherhood takes many forms. We aim to spread love, kindness, and inclusivity throughout the community, bringing joy and comfort to individuals of all backgrounds.
Transportation will be provided:
- 3:30 p.m.—Pick-up at SCAD Atlanta underpass
- 5:00 p.m.—Pick-up at Southside Park, 3460 Jonesboro Rd. SE, Atlanta, GA 30354 to return to SCAD Atlanta
