Bring your yarn, your crochet hooks or knitting needles and join a weekly small group of volunteers working to make granny squares for lap blankets for the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute.
The group will meet on Friday, March 26 from 2-3 pm on the ground floor level of the Hive parking garage, near the bus stop area closest to the canal.
Volunteers should bring a towel or blanket to sit on in the parking garage area. The space is covered, but outside. We encourage you to dress appropriately for the temperature so you are comfortable. Having something to sit on will be comfortable for the duration of the event. Everyone will be spaced out and the task will allow everyone to wear their masks for the duration of the event.
