Join us for a day at the Zaban Paradies Center!
The Zaban Paradies Center is a nonprofit organization committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness by providing shelter, support, and life-stabilizing services to couples and families in transition. Through compassionate care and comprehensive programs, the Center empowers residents to regain independence and build a path toward sustainable housing and self-sufficiency.
Volunteer tasks will primarily involve organizing the center’s closet and sorting supplies by category. SCAD SERVE T-shirts will be provided to all volunteers.
Make sure to wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and preferably long pants. Bring a valid ID or driver’s license (in case of check-in requirements) and a reusable water bottle.
The organization is located just across the street from SCAD, and we will walk over together at 11:00 a.m.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact SCAD SERVE Fellow Isabella Vaca at mvaca20@student.scad.edu
Thank you so much for your support and contribution to the Atlanta community! This will be an exciting experience!
