You’ll be working together in a garden, orchard, or farm with FWA staff and gardeners leading the way. You don’t need any gardening experience, just a willingness to learn and work outdoors! We’ll need your help organizing trees and plants for the fruit tree sale that will be happening the next day. Through this volunteer activity, you’ll learn more about gardening and urban agriculture while supporting growers.
What to wear and bring with you:
Wear: Close-toed shoes, clothes you don't mind getting dirty, hat,
Bring: Filled water bottle
We'll Provide: Tools, wheelbarrows, garden gloves, snacks, sunscreen and bug spray
