Piedmont Park is looking to have a fun chalk station set up during their bike-in movie to celebrate earth day and science! We are collaborating with them to work with the community to hand out chalk and draw out different science-y things to inspire creativity! Come join the fun, and feel free to stay for the movie!
With Piedmont Park being so close, volunteers can walk over to piedmont park for the event.
Earth Day Bike- In Movie Details:
Date: Friday, April 19th
Rain date: Thursday, April 25th
Time: Arrive by 6. Programming from ~6:30PM-8PM until movie begins!
Location: Outside of Visitor's Center + Dockside @ the Park
Proposed Activity: Chalk Art available for public. Participants encouraged to show their love for nature + our Earth.
Materials: Crayola/sidewalk chalk.
