Join SCAD SERVE and Food Well Alliance in labeling, designing, and creating beautiful and informative illustrations for the seed packets going out to community gardeners in Atlanta.
Food Well Alliance is a collaborative network of local leaders working together to build thriving community gardens and urban farms. Together, we will help label and illustrate the envelopes for seed packets headed out to neighbors growing local food.
Volunteers will meet at 2 p.m., Friday, April 1 at the HUB to join in the collaborative design process. Representatives from SCAD SERVE and Food Well Alliance will be present with envelopes and supplies for drafting, drawing, and designing. The following week, volunteers are invited to return again and help sort and pack the thousands of seeds before they are distributed to the community.
